The program is a complimentary and convenient exhibitor resource designed to give you everything you need to promote your presence at tise to all of your customers and prospects, while inviting them to register as your guest with a discount.
How Can I Use Exhibitor Guest Invites to Share My Promo Code?
As an exhibitor, you have a personalized pre-show invite dashboard where you will find the following:
- Your exclusive promo code which allows your customers and prospects to receive preferred pricing!
- Banner Graphics for your email signatures, social media posts and website.
- Ready-To-Send HTML Email Invite which you can send via whichever email broadcast service you use.
- Web Invite is a link that allows you to send customers to your online email invite with just one click.
- Social Media Tools for sharing your invite message and promo code on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and more.All tools have already been customized to feature your company logo, booth # and exclusive promo code.
The link to your customized dashboard has been emailed to your primary exhibit contact and is available in your Map Your Show portal. You may also go here to access your link at any time. We are constantly working to limite and prevent the scams against our exhibiting companies and partners.
Are you looking for the exhibitor service manual for the current year's event in Las Vegas? Login to your exhibitor dashboard to view the exhibitor service manual. It will appear there when ready, generally in the fall.
The exhibitor service manual is every exhibitors complete resource for discovering the resources, forms, deadlines, vendors, and more for the event. If you have questions about logistics for the event, please reach out to the tise Operations Team.
tise works diligently with the event's service provider, Freeman, to build the most efficient move-in/move-out schedule possible for the scale of event tise is. Generally the schedule is ready in early fall and will appear on your exhibitor dashboard once complete. You may also discover news and highlights from the tise Operations Team in the exhibitor insider emails that deliver from the team each month beginning in September through the event.

HOUSING
onPeak is the only OFFICIAL housing provider for The International Surface Event and therefore the only company that can sell rooms in our official housing blocks. Housing providers other than onPeak are not able to secure rooms within the official housing blocks.
EXHIBITOR APPOINTED CONTRACTORS
An Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) is any company, other than official vendors/service contractors (i.e. Freeman Decorating), that an exhibitor chooses to hire for the installation or dismantling of their booth. EACs are NOT allowed to provide any of the following exclusive show services:
- Booth Cleaning
- Catering
- Electrical
- Freight Handling
- Rigging (Hanging Signs/Equipment)
- Internet
- Plumbing
- Security
- Telecommunications
The tise Buyer Invite Programs are marketing services that we offer for free in order to give you a helping hand in marketing your booth to potential customers and prospects.
BUYER INVITE MARKETING TOOLKIT
We have created a quick and simple tradeshow marketing tool kit just for you! Utilize the kit to market your booth and build up your exposure prior to the event. The toolkit is complimentary for you to use and allows you to offer unlimited COMPLIMENTARY EXHIBIT PASSES to your customers, a significant value offering you are able to extend.
Toolkits launch to exhibitors following when registration goes live for the event. If you do not receive your toolkit or have questions, please reach out to the tise Marketing Team by completing this toolkit request form.
PRINTED BUYER INVITE MAILING PROGRAM
The Buyer Invite Mailing Program is a postcard-style print piece that is offered FREE of charge to you by tise to assist you in inviting customers to see you at the show. The primary contact for the exhibiting company will automatically be sent a pack of 100 invite cards, generally mailed in late October. If you do not receive them or would like to request additional invites for a special mailing, please reach out to the tise Marketing Team by completing the Request Printed Buyer Invite form.
BEST OF EVENT AWARDS
The Best Of Event Awards is an annual awards program for exhibiting companies whose product, program, service, business practice and/or booth design are considered to be “best of” in their class. The Best Of Event Awards winners for each show (SURFACES | StonExpo | TileExpo) are determined by a panel of judges appointed by the official publication sponsors: Floor Covering News, Stone World, and TILE Magazine. The winners are announced and awarded right on the show floor.
